Overnight Fishing
The IX. The International Balaton Boilie Fishing Competition was held from 1 to 9 October 2021. The race, which lasts more than a week, requires constant readiness from the participants as they have to prepared for the bite signal even in the middle of the night. At such times, participants go by boat to the lures set up in the lake up to hundreds of meters and catch the fish there. Only carp heavier than 10 kilos will be counted in the competition and will be released after weighing.
